            Computer or Laptop:

  • Operating System: Windows 10 or 11 (Chrome Book, Apple laptops/desktops, or tablets are not supported)

  • Processor: 2.0 GHz or better (i5, i7, or i9 recommended)

  • RAM: 8GB (16GB preferred)

  • Hard Drive Capacity: Minimum of 60GB

  • Monitor Resolution: 1280 x 1024

  • Headset:

  • Noise cancellation USB headset

  • Internet Service:

  • Must be connected via Ethernet (WiFi is prohibited)
    To ensure you have a compatible computer or laptop with the necessary specifications, a noise-canceling USB headset, and a stable Ethernet internet connection to effectively provide services for our call center.

As a Virtual Home Agent with SBW Epic Creations, you will be responsible for handling the following types of positions:

  • Inbound Customer Service Calls: Provide customer support for major companies.

  • Technical Support: Assist customers with technical issues.

  • Sales: Handle sales inquiries and processes.

  • Email Support: Respond to customer emails.

  • Chat Support: Provide customer service via chat (offered by some clients).

Certification and Enrollment:

  • Enrollment: Complete the enrollment process the same day you start it.

  • Online Certification: Available through the client for various roles.

  • Client Selection: Once you have access to the portal, you can choose the client you want to service for.

  • First-Come, First-Served: Job opportunities are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and no interviews are required.

By becoming a Virtual Home Agent, you will have the flexibility to choose your preferred client and set your own schedule, all from the comfort of your home.

  • Opportunity Posting: Clients will post available opportunities.

  • Express Interest: You can express interest in the opportunities that fit your needs.

  • Online Certification: Complete the required online certification to begin servicing the chosen client.

You have the autonomy to decide which clients you wish to service based on your preferences and the available opportunities.

As an independent contractor, you are only responsible for the initial background check fee:

  • Background Check Fee: $30.00

  • Frequency: Once every 36 months (3 years) after the initial payment, provided you pass the background check.

This is the only cost you will incur to start working with us.

  • No Compensation for Certification Training: As independent contractors, you are not compensated for the time spent in client certification courses.

  • Purpose of Certification: The knowledge obtained during the certification course is considered essential for making your business successful.

  • Payment for Services: You get paid when servicing on the telephone, taking inbound calls.

The schedule for the client you are servicing is quite flexible. You can pick your work hours in 30-minute increments, which allows you to tailor your schedule to fit your needs. This flexibility is one of the key benefits of the opportunity, as it gives you control over when you want to work. Each Client hours of operation is different.

Depending on when you start taking calls, we operate on two pay periods. If you work between the 1st and the 15th of the month, you will receive your payment on the 1st of the following month. Similarly, for the period from the 16th to the end of the month, you'll receive your pay on the 15th of the following month.

We offer Direct Deposit as our method of payment. Once you join our team as an agent, you'll have access to our direct deposit pay schedule.

Below are examples of invoices from some of our agents, with personal details and client names redacted to protect confidentiality. You can download these invoices from the links below to get an idea of potential earnings per pay period.

Please remember, each agent in our call center sets their own work schedule, which directly impacts their earnings. Additionally, hourly pay rates vary depending on the client.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be taking inbound calls for the client you choose to service. Here’s a detailed overview:

General Role:

  • Customer Service Representative: Provide assistance and support to customers calling in.

Example Tasks:

  • Retail Clients:

    • Assisting customers with placing online orders.

    • Helping customers with issues related to online coupons.

    • Addressing inquiries about order status.

  • Other Clients:

    • From cruise lines to healthcare to transportation, the specific tasks will vary, but the primary role remains customer service.

  • Pay Periods:

    • Twice a month (on the 1st and the 15th)

  • Flat Rate Deduction:

    • Amount: $49.75 per pay period

    • Condition: This fee is only charged if you are receiving revenue for that pay period.

    • Coverage: This fee covers the costs of business operations, including:

      • The client's systems for servicing

      • Bank fees

      • Arise partner fees

      • Direct deposit fees

      • Additional operational costs

  • Invoice Details:

    • The fee will appear on your invoice, which you will receive four days prior to your pay being direct deposited.

  • No Additional Fees:

    • Outside of this flat rate fee, no other fees are taken from your check.

Wix App Usage:

  • Purpose: Agents use the Wix app to stay updated with SBW Epic Creations' website on the go.

  • Features:

    • Access to important posts and updates.

    • Tools for communication like chat and notifications.

    • View pay schedules and client pay sheet lists.

    • Access direct deposit forms and other resources.

Access Restriction:

  • The app is exclusively for enrolled agents. Non-agents will be denied access.
