Arise has updated there equipment Policy and if you have a lower end desktop or laptop it may no longer be compatible to service with which is why you maybe receive a error . I'm posting a picture below your computer maybe different then mine but what it means is you will need a new system to use to be able to service as your system will no longer work with the Arise Platform .
We have updated our equipment list for recommendations that will work with the changes that Arise has made. You can locate the link to our equipment page on our app I'm posting a picture below to where to find it at as well. Hopefully this helps you all.
