Yes, I had to contact support and they had to log into my computer remotely for an hour or two to fix.

Hi there, Dicks Sporting Goods is an awesome client to be servicing. The main thing with them is that you strive to get the best surveys possible. They prefer that you take longer with upset athletes. Don’t stress about that part though because you go through days without a truly upset athletes. Follow the phone flow model. Use the chat pfs as much as needed. Take very thorough notes and put in the comments of each interaction. Create interactions for every call. Even hang ups. Transfers to Synchrony Bank .. every single call. Show empathy. Use the playbook articles. Feel free to reach out if you need help.
I start taking calls tomorrow, the only thing i dont like is there is no playground for their computer system. I did take lots of notes and the playbook seems to your friend. I hope i remember everything. 😆.

Did anyone have issues with installing srw where you kept getting an error for DSG? If so what did you do to fix the error
