We have a bunch of agents who started class on October 5th and a Bunch starting on October 9th. You all are going to do amazing and the classes do go by fast. Can't wait to get the congratulation letters from the clients saying you all passed.

Y’all have fun in class. ASK ALL the questions but don’t worry, you have people available to help you the whole way. Don’t rush through things. You’d rather have a great survey come back for your slow work than one come back because the person on the end of the line feel like they were rushed. Y’all all have got this.
